Dear Dr McArthur: Although I live in Miami, Florida, I listen to you on TV and radio. You are my daily inspiration and teacher; you keep my thoughts flowing to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I cannot find a church with a pastor who teaches honestly “The Word of God”. It is very disheartening but I know that your teachings will be on and that’s a great comfort. What are God fearing evangelical Christians to do when there are no worthy teacher of God’s word in His House. I’m tired of ear-thumping drummers instead of Praise and Worship; and pastors’ messages that satisfies the majority in the congregation (tell me what I want to hear). amen!!!!!!!! I’m far away from Orlando, if not, I would drive to the late Dr R C Sproul’s church just to hear the true and honest Word. I’m in zip code 33176; do you know or can you recommend a pastor near me. I’m 69 years old but I can drive and I’m craving more of God’s Word especially at this time. Wish you were here 👏. I’m very sorry if my note is too long because I know you have a very busy schedule. Love John! Sound doctrine all day. No pep speeches, the word is enough with him. And it should be enough for anyone. Praying for him and the saints across the world. God has used this man to teach many things I didn’t understand. 🙏🏼

Go back to a dictionary and look up the word Pharisee. Many don’t like John MacArthur because he calls sin out . Responses like this one indicate ignorance, satan and flesh. All of which are elements of being a Pharisee. Hold up a mirror then you will see the face of one.
