I like it!
by anonymouspianistNice album. Belsante has a nice voice - he's got personality, musicality... he's just generally nice to listen to.
Everyone's comparing him to different singers, so I'll give it a try - what jumped to mind when I heard him was the general timber of Michael Buble, with just a touch of devilish humor - the sort you hear in Norbert Leo Butz's voice.
Overall, if you like this kind of thing, get it. It's very well-done.
Michael Buble still has better instrumental accompaniment, but this is very nice.
NOT Buble
by musicmikey1I am a fan of Michael Buble. That having been said, I must take exception to the posters who have said he "sounds just like Buble." There may be some similarities, but he is NOT another Michael Buble. Matt Belsante is very much his own performer/singer/interpreter. I bought this CD on a whim (before I got an i-pod). Once I got my i-pod, this is one of the few CDs I downloaded in its entirety. Not a bum track on this. Same cannot be said for Buble's recordings. Enjoy, friends! And Matt, if you read this, I AM your biggest fan.

by dufferFlat out, this guy can sing. This is his first album- I hope there are many more. Every song is beautifully arranged. His resinence is superb.
