Sweet Remix
by Gale D.If you're here, chances are you already own their self-titled album. I thought Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa was a pretty good song on the album, showcasing a more Paul Simon, African-esque side of Vampire Weekend, and I've heard some remixes of the song online. But the 'Very Best' Remix? Dare I speak heresy and say it's better than the original? Heck, that's not even really fair, it's practically an entire different song (just listen to the preview). It's very rare a remix takes such a different road with a song, but here the effect is quite good.
