by pancake slapperI've exhausted myself from trekking to and from the computer to hit "repeat" again and again....my ears are sore from smashing them against the speakers so that I do not miss one brilliant utterance from Bryan (and Steve too!)....my legs are throbbing from inventing unorthodox dance moves to Ornamental, Consumption Junction, and Lighter Than a Bullet....and my heart strings are stretched beyond their natural limit from the lyrical gymnastics of Long Distant Love and Steve's Song....and all this from just the EP. My friends and family are worried for me when the whole album breaks.

by hotdocWhen you listen to Scissors for Lefty you will always get something original and unpredictable. Their live shows are full of energy, and that energy transfers well to this EP. The lyrics are whimsical, funny, and sweet. Bryan Garza's voice is warm and luscious. They really rock on Consumption Junction and Ornamental. Steve's Song is so catchy, one of my favorites!

by jojogunThese guys are SO talented. everything they put out is great! i'm so excited about consumption junction. if you ever have a chance to see them live, don't pass it up. they put on the best show live. i once drove 5 hours to see them perform and i was NOT dissappointed, so much energy. i've seen them live more than any other band and can't wait to see them again soon.
