A gift to the senses
Anna Veleva is a new voice and personality and well worth listening to. Her choice of arias is excellent for a first foray and they will be familiar to most listeners. Her crystal clear tone is a pleasure to listen to. I'm sure we will be hearing more and more of her in the years to come.
Mediocre soprano
I purchased the aria of Regnava nel silenzio from Lucia Di Lammermoor. Her higher range is grating and tin-like. It hurts my ears to listen to as a soprano. I would not recommend this album to anyone. =/
