Wonderful

When I first heard Jon Durant's "Flood", I fell into a spell of musical tension. His softspoken Cloud guitar technique touched my soul. My love for Jon Durant is much like his Cloud guitar technique, for it stays and seemingly never dissapears. Each one of these tracks is a precious gem. Jon Durant is the essence of music itself.

110% Amazing

From the first note of "Flood" I knew that this would be something special. This one of a kind CD created a special place in my heart for Jon Durant's music. It took me to a place I have never been before. It's melodies danced in my head and washed away my worries. If you don't buy this album, you are missing out on an instant classic. I look forward to Jon Durant's future musicial stylings.

clearly influenced but none the less unique

you can clearly hear Steve Wilson and Afrika Bambaata's influence on this piece of musical tension. it has that soul lifting, bass crunchin' effect. i would be interested in hearing jon team up with a vocalist, possibly( even him singing himself), such a thing is rarely done in the genre and would shake some people's misguided opinions about it. as always jon is redefining peoples hearts and minds with his music.
