Healing Through Kindness
by wv_runnerI particularly like listening to this song. I listen to it every time I go long-distance running. I listen to the whole album in which all the songs are great!!!! They're extremely relaxing and find the songs that Nawang Khechog performs are EXTREMELY RELAXING and could even put you to sleep. I also listen to them when I'm doing EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. I highly, highly recommend this album to anyone wanting to live more at peace and who need help relaxing more.

by xinsirhcThis is the purest and most relaxing music to listen too, and to use to "zone it" at work with headphones. This was my first download of the type, and i love it. Each song is different, yet the same so you can just keep it on 'repeat.' There is some songs that there is singing, and I just cant get in to. GREAT MUSIC for wind-down time. I LOVE IT!
