CLASSIC
Without a shadow of a doubt this album is a certified classic. I don't understand how an artist like Devante can go on unsigned to a major label. I first heard about this album back when it was released in 03, I think Devante was opening on tour for B2K at the time from what I heard. I bought the album from cdbaby.com. It's now out of stock for reproduction. You should definitely experience this album. I GUARANTEE you'll enjoy it.

I stumbled upon this CD and It is Defenitely rare to find a release with each track worth listening to. I would highly recommend for true R&B fans
Move over Usher! Superb Album
With R&B in it's current state and albums coming out rarely exceeding sub-par, it's hard to expect much different with any new artists these days..until now. I fnally got a copy of Devante's 'Ready or Not' ! The lyrical content is awe-inspiring, the music is incredible and his voice is absolutely phenominal. There are so many stand-out tracks, it's like it is a compilation of singles plus some extras. A must have for any true R&B fan! I am anxious and can't wait for his NEXT ALBUM coming out this Spring '06
