This album will leave you feeling like you have been slapped in the face by a giant bear!
Eat It Haters
All you punks who get off on spewing hate at this incredibly talented band, today you are silenced. If you find something, anything, yes even the vocals, at all objectionable about this album, well you can just go back to your crappy racist Hatebreed record or whatever garbage you listen to and keep your hate to yourself. This is pure metal gold. You want to call it mallcore? Anything-core? Be my guest, but you're wrong. This is evolution. This is where metal was headed all along, and these guys just redefined it. Perfection.
Better Than Ascendency
All you need to know is that 1/2 through listening to the album I went out for a smoke break and felt like I had just gotten beat up. Way to go Trivium, the sound they created in mixing their older styles with the style of the Crusade is pretty amazing. Oh, and I can't forget to praise the amazing guitar work.
