Biography
Originally, Danny Godbold (keyboards, guitar, vocals) and James Mulhern (guitar, percussion, vocals) formed an acoustic duo called What Laura Says Thinks and Feels in the Phoenix, AZ, area; they later shortened the group's name to What Laura Says. In 2006, they expanded into a full-scale band with the addition of Greg Muller (drums), Mitch Freedom (bass), and Jacob Woolsey (percussion). They self-released their debut album, Thinks and Feels, in 2007. They then signed to the North Carolina startup label Terpsikhore Records, which issued a revised and remastered version of Thinks and Feels on August 19, 2008.
